SMU Behavioural Sciences Institute Director Professor David Chan is one of the seven recipients of the Outstanding Volunteer Award. He received the award from the Minister of Social and Family Development at an awards ceremony held on 21 February 2014. The award is given to individuals who have made immense contributions in their respective areas of involvement and demonstrated extraordinary passion and dedication in serving the community.
